About this event
This event will be held online by video. It is especially for people who have learning disabilities or autism who want to know more about annual health checks or have concerns or questions about having one.
We will be talking about how to get an annual health check during the Coronavirus outbreak, what to do if your GP refuses to do one, what to expect at your appointment and lots more.
On the day we will have a friendly team from the Integrated Learning Disabilities Services all ready to answer your questions, including Chris O’Donnell - Person Centred Planning Coordinator; Priscilla Surfraz - Service Manager and Padmini Miniar – Community Nurse.
People who came to our last session about Flu jabs for people with learning disabilities or autism told us they found it "really good" and "informative".
