Enfield IAPT, Age UK Enfield, Barchester Care and Dementia Prevention UK hold monthly meetup for anyone affected by perimenopause and menopause on the second Tuesday of each month.
Based at the beautiful surroundings at Southgate Beaumont, the monthly evening meetup will have guest speakers, taster sessions and stall holders. Topics will range from managing symptoms, managing anxiety or learning relaxation tips, HRT and medications, staying fit and active, complementary therapies, diet and nutrition and so much more.
