Our 2018-2019 Annual Report celebrates Healthwatch Enfield’s achievements and impact over the past year.

Today, we have published our report ‘Using technology to ease the burden on primary care’. Our research found that on average, 63% of patients would use video calling and/or email to contact their GP to seek medical help.
