Do you have autism or a learning disability and want to know more about annual health checks? If so, why not join our live online session on Thursday 29th October 10.30am-11.15am.
We will be talking about how to get an annual health check during the Coronavirus outbreak, what to do if your GP refuses to do one, what to expect at your appointment and lots more.
On the day we will have a friendly team from the Integrated Learning Disabilities Services all ready to answer your questions, including Chris O’Donnell - Person Centred Planning Coordinator; Priscilla Surfraz - Service Manager and Padmini Miniar – Community Nurse.
