Tell us about your experience of contacting a local hospital ward

Due to Covid-19 hospital visitor restrictions, many people have found it increasingly difficult to contact their relatives on inpatient hospital wards. This is especially true if family members don't have a mobile phone or tablet, and have to rely on contacting the wards to find out how their loved ones are doing.

We would like to know about your experience of contacting your relatives, have you had any issues? Were the staff happy to help and give you an update? You may have some compliments you want to pass on to the staff team.
