98-100 Pembroke Avenue is rated ‘Good’ by CQC
People had their own flats within the house. Each flat had bathroom facilities. There was a garden to the rear of the property and communal areas which people had access to. There was a staff office within the supported living scheme. However, this had been assessed and people spoken with, to gain their consent. The home provided 24-hour care and staff were continuously on-site.
The inspection focused on right support, right care, right culture. 'Right support, right care, right culture' is the guidance the Care Quality Commission (CQC) follows to make assessments and judgments about services supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people and providers must have regard to it.
The last rating for this service published 23 February 2018 was good.
