How can we make it easier for you to share feedback?

In today's fast-paced digital world, accessing online services has never been easier. However, not everyone in our community enjoys equal access to digital platforms. Many individuals face digital exclusion, making it harder for them to access services or provide feedback on health and social care.

To address this, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) partnered with Healthwatch Enfield to conduct a survey on digital exclusion. Our goal is to understand the challenges faced by digitally excluded individuals and community groups when it comes to sharing feedback and experiences.

By working together, we are dedicated to bridging this gap and ensuring that everyone's voice is heard and valued. Help us understand how we can make providing feedback to the CQC more inclusive by taking part in our study.
