Shila House Care Home is rated ‘Good’ by CQC
Following their latest assessment, Shila House care home has received an overall rating of 'Good'.
Shila House is a care home, without nursing, registered to provide accommodation and personal care. The service provides care and support to people living with long term mental health conditions.
The CQC reported that residents felt safe living at Shila House and were well supported by staff who understood their needs. Risk assessments and care plans clearly reflected people's needs and people were fully involved in planning and reviewing their care.
The assessment began on 18 January 2024 and was completed on 5 February 2024. The service received a rating of 'Good' in all areas.
