North Central London Start Well Programme

This decision follows a thorough and robust review of maternity, neonatal, and children’s services known as the Start Well Programme, led by NCL ICB on behalf of the North Central London Integrated Care System and NHS England (Specialised Commissioning).
Meeting papers, including the decision-making business case and integrated impact assessment, will be published at the end of the day on 18th March.
How can I attend?
The meeting will be held in public, with options to attend in person or watch online.
Anyone wishing to attend the meeting in person must book a place. To attend the meeting or request a link to view a livestream of the meeting, please email nclicb.meetingsquestions@nhs.net by noon on 25 March 2025.
How can I ask a question?
Members of the public can ask up to 3 questions related to the meeting papers in advance by email.
If you would like to asking a question relating to the meeting on 25 March 2025 please email them to: nclicb.meetingsquestions@nhs.net by 12pm on Thursday 20 March 2025.
All questions must relate to items listed on the agenda and responses will be provided by email either prior to the meeting or shortly afterwards. Where appropriate, and at the discretion of the ICB, questions which relate to the substance of the papers will also be addressed on the day during the introduction to the relevant agenda items.
