We reached out to 24,109 people!
1918 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us
152 people came to us for advice and information
We published eight reports about the improvements people would like to see in health and social care services
Our most popular report was CQC Digital Inclusion which highlighted the struggles people face on the digital barriers in providing feedback.
We're lucky to have 21 volunteers who gave up 268 hours of their time to help us carry out our work
