Enfield Talking Therapies
Enfield Talking Therapies (formerly known as Enfield IAPT) is a free NHS therapy service for people aged 16 and over, is based in Chase Farm Hospital and offers self-referrals. The service provides a diverse array of treatment programmes that are tailored to meet various mental health and wellbeing needs. This includes one-to-one therapy, counselling and group sessions.
There is a wide variety of specialised therapy such as:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Bereavement Counselling
- Couples Therapy
- Trauma Stabilisation
- Managing Long-term Conditions
and many more!
Enfield Talking Therapies also provide free workshops on various areas of health and wellbeing to the public. The workshops can be delivered in person or virtually.

If you are over the age of 16 and are registered with a General Practice (GP) in the borough of Enfield, this service is for you.
Enfield Talking Therapies can offer appointments over the telephone, video, and in person, as well as ‘hybrid’ services. Professional interpreters are also available upon request.
