Relocation of Moorfield Road Health Centre in Enfield
Although the surgery has been at the site for many years, the premises are no longer fit for purpose and do not meet the requirements of NHS Premises standards.
Commissioners have been working with the practice to identify suitable premises and identified the Riley House Surgery as the most appropriate premises. Riley House surgery is within easy reach of the Moorfield Road Health Centre and is approximately 0.4 miles (9 minutes’ walk) from Moorfield Road Health Centre. Riley House is directly accessible by public transport from Moorfield Road Health Centre (buses 121, 191, 279). Riley House Surgery has the space to co-locate both practices at this site.
If you are a patient of Moorfield Road Health Centre, you should receive a letter notifying you of the change of address.
You do not need to do anything and you will continue to be registered with Moorfield Road Health Centre.

All the GPs and staff will remain the same and the contact details and opening hours will remain the same. The relocation will provide a better environment for patients, staff, and the premises are fit for purpose.
